Our celery is currently processed in three different ways to meet customer requirements and is available whole, trimmed or as sticks in 300g packs. Collectively, we currently supply over 9,000 crates of celery to our trade partners each week.

To ensure optimal crispness and crunch, our celery is discerningly hand-harvested and immediately vacuum cooled to bring the field temperature down to 20C. Using powerful and efficient waterjet technology, our celery sticks are precisely cut to size before being hand-weighed, portioned and packaged. The use of waterjet technology has many benefits including maximising shelf life, reducing the risk of cross-contamination and increasing processing efficiency.

Quality is paramount at T&C Do & Son and each individual celery stick is carefully inspected before being approved for packaging.
